Default BAS login issues

Dear Forum,

I am a new user here but seeking some advice on my current installation and how it is not working!!!

Below is my environment:

SQL Server 2008 R2
MS Exchange 2010 - with update rollout 1
Box is a DC, DNS Server and has IIS installed
BES Express v5.0.3 installed

I have installed BES with a BESAdmin user with all the relevant permissions and rights assigned to it. The installation completes OK and connectivity to the SRP on 3101 is verified during setup. During setup I opted for a BAS user and used the default username 'admin'.

My problem is then when I try to access the BAS web service. The page loads successfully, but when I input my credentials, nothing happens at all. No error message, no loading/timeout, nothing. It is like login button does nothing at all.

I am very new to all of this but have been scouring the internet trying to find someone with a similar problem and there doesn't seem to be anyone.

Any help would be amazing!

Thanks

If you were entering bad credentials you'd get an error message, so I'm wondering if your ports are blocked. Make sure your box is passing 8443 and 8080, maybe something is interfering with them.

Your web login should look something like this
https://server.com:3443/webconsole/login

Usually people use "besadmin" for their blackberry administrator.....
Make sure it isnt getitng blocked by a proxy server (or select, bypass proxy for local addresses)
When you login, make sure you are entering the correct credentials;
AdminUsername
Password
DomainName
Then i log in using Active Directory, is myour admin account in active directory?
