Post Automatic Saving Downloaded Attachments

We have a phone system in place that forwards our land line voicemail to our e-mail as a wav attachment. When employees open the wave file on their BlackBerries it automatically saves the wav to the internal memory or SD card. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? So basically they can open the attachment and listen to it, but if they delete the e-mail the file isn't still stored on their phone.

We have a similar set-up. When the user opens an email with the vmail attached, they get 2 menu options: Open Attachment or Download attachment. Have them choose "Open Attachment". They are then presented with 2 options: Preview or Download and Play. Have them select "Preview". This will retrieve the wav file and play it in the media player but it shouldn't show up on the device once you close it.

Thanks. I saw that and wasn't sure if Preview only did, say, 30 seconds of the file. I will give that a shot.
