Attachments and Subfolders

Morning everyone,

I have a user who has a few rules in Outlook to move emails as they arrive.

when he receives an email with a PDF and this is moved into a subfolder with the outlook rule the user cannot open the attachment on his Blackberry however when you turn the rules off and the emails arrive and stay in his Inbox he can open them fine on his Blackberry.

I have checked and confirmed that these sub folders are set to be synchronised.

We are running:

BES Express 5.0.1.4
Blackberry Bold 9780 (OS6)

I have now resolved this, here was the solution just incase anyone else has the same problem......

Removed all synchronisation for sub folders (set it back to inbox and Sent Items only)

Removed and resent the Service books to the device.

Through the webdesktop selected the synch again for subfolders and now all attachments are opening ok in subfolders.
