We are running Blackberry Professional for Lotus Notes and have 8 phones currently in use. 7 of the phones are working correctly, but 1 cannot view attachments (.doc .xls or .pdf). This was working correctly until just recently. Along with his Lotus email, he also has email accounts setup for his MSN mail and his blackberry.net mail. The Blackberry and MSN accounts can view attachments, but if he receives an attachment through his Lotus Notes he gets the above error message. I have tried a battery pull, resend service books, and reactivated through Enterprise Activation. We even installed the newest version of Documents to Go.I have seen posts that say we need to reload the BB Atachment Service through Desktop Manager, but when we connect his phone to Desktop Manager, The BB Attachment Service isn't listed as an option. So far, nothing has worked. I'm open for suggestions.

The only thing I can think of is to make sure you go through with the registration process of DocsToGo. Also, when in Messages, click on "Download Attachment" instead of "Prevew" when given the choice.
