Good morning Ma'am or Sir. I am a US Soldier currently Deployed in
Afghanistan and my Blackberry 9700 has went white screen on me. I have been
holding out for the next generation of Blackberry devices. I have read that
the Blackberry 10 is slated to come out next year, I do not want go to a
Android base phone and miss out on what seems to be a game changer for
Rim. My problem is if I contact my carrier to get another phone I will be
locked in for another 2 years and miss out on your new products. Do your
company have a Tester Program for new devices or do you have a refurbish
phone I can purchase to be used until the new Blackberry 10 come out. I am
with ATT&T and I am sure they will be one of the first Cellular Provider's
to receive the new device. Also I work in the Mobile department at Best Buy
and being a tester for you the Blackberry 10 will help with presenting your
product. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
