Default Allow RDP in MDS Proxy

My company users BES. I'm a sysadmin and would like to access my servers via RDP on my Blackberry Bold. I know I can get a RDP client but I don't know how to configure the option in MDS. I have configured a couple internal websites and can access them via my blackberry. So, how do I enable RDP access in the MDS Connection Service?

I assume I go to Proxy and then create a new proxy mapping, but I don't know what to do after that.

Once you setup the client on your device you should be able to connect to your servers since your on a BES.

Unfortunately, that doesn't work. On the tsmobiles FAQ site it says

"Ask your BES admin to provide access on port 3389 (default Microsoft RDP port) to your Terminal Server thru BES."

I'm not sure how to allow access on port 3389 thru BES.

I'd like to know this too!! What are the steps to allow this port traffic through the MDS?

I'm curious about how this would work too. I understand the MDS service is actually based on TomCat, perhaps looking at some of the TomCat documentation would help.

There should be some BB documentation detailing how this works, and how to best implement. My searches on the blackberry website have been fruitless though, hoping one of the more informed folks here could shed some light.

I use Bayalink Liberty. At night I plug their USB key into my home PC and RDP into
my work servers via the BlackBerry. it works pretty good, although sometimes there is a bit of a lag.

I use RoveIT Mobile Admin - Allows RDP, VNC, Telnet, SSH, A/D, Exchange, BAS, SQL, You name it, it manages it.. all through MDS. I installed the server side piece on the BES and made no config changes to the BES at all and I have full access to all my internal servers. They have a trial download... a bit pricy to purchase ($400/client) i think.. (per admin, not server).

I never did get TSMobiles to work, but i have used other free ssh clients without having to modify the BES or MDS.
