Allow non-admin access to BES

Hi,

I'm a BES admin running 4.1. We are reorganizing the IT department and switching to a Cisco landline option. Our current phone technician handles the analog phone system and cell phone accounts. We want to train her up and get her on the BES setting up Blackberries so we can keep her employed. Is it possible to give a regular user access to BES Manager without giving her access to local besadmin account or making her a domain admin?
