All emails from outlook replicate to blackberry devices!!!

I have setup a blackberry express server and i have an issue with all the users. All the emails from all folders from outlook from the exchange server replicate to the blackberry device of the user. Added to that, if you open an email, at the top you can see nthe folder that is stored on the outlook. I have also a blackberry enterprise server and when creating a new user i have the option for folder redirection. I could not find that option on the express server. I serach for a solution and also try to select on the blackberry device itself which folder to replicate but no solution. Can somebody give me an idea?

Folder redirection on the bes express is in a different location.
Go to Manage Users, select the user, go down to Messaging Configuration and click the link Default Configuration.
Click Edit User and go to the tab Email. Scroll down and you will see all the folders.
