add user from child domain

Hello,

I have BES 5 working in a parent domain and recently added a child domain.
All works fine, except BES...

I can't seem to add users from the child domain, Blackberry Administration Service can't find the user.

I made sure that besadmin has the required rights (send as) in the new child domain by manually adding them...

Any thoughts on what I'm missing here?
