Default Active Directory issues and BBM

Hey Guys,
Having active directory issues on my berry.

When I go to restore my BBM, the entire Organizational Unit listing appears instead of just my email, thus causing the restore to not work. This happens in a couple of 3rd party apps to.

My BES Provider is confused as to why this is happening and can't recall what changes were made.

They're using the latest BES with Exchange 2010 if that helps.

Any recommendations would be great!

Default

Another example.
If I go to login to BB App World, the default email that populates is not my email, but the full active directory path, ending in my email address, at which point I have to edit the field.

My BES admins were finally able to replicate the issue on their Berries and have begun investigating...but I'd love to restore my BBM Contact list ASAP, so any help that can be provided would be great.
