Default Activation Successful - BUT NO emails

I have a Blackberry 9700 from Att v 5.0.0.602 (Platform 5.1.0.112) and while I was traveling my Exchange emails completely stopped updating. I think it was when my phone connected to a Cruise Ship tower.

I have tried the following:

Resending Service Books..
Re-Activating
Purge Pending messages & Re-Activate
Wiping Phone via Handheld & Re-Activate
Wiping Phone via Exchange user panel, & Re-Activate
Resets Security via Java program, Wipe, & Re-Activate

Here is the exact issue. I will get a Activation Successful message and all contacts, all notes, all tasks, Calender will be updated & will update wirelessly automatically as they should. It will synchronize from Server or Outlook 2007 to handheld & from handheld to Outlook or Exchange server too. I

I will even get the folders in my messages view. I can even send a email out via the Exchange account, but NO emails show up in the Inbox or any folders at all.

Any ideas?

Check in your web desktop manager for folders re-direction. Be sure that you main inbox is selected for re-direction.

I have seen something very similer were a user's device roams or get's out of BES service area that the mailbox re-direction is disabled for their mailbox. Why this is happening I have no idea, this started showing up with my users over the last few months.

I would use BBSAK (Swiss Army Knife) to wipe the device, remove the i.t policy, reinstall the 9700 with the .538 leak that came out and try to reactivate. As the previous poster suggested, make sure Folder redirection has the "Inbox" selected, any new emails that arrive should appear.

When you log into your web desktop manager, check you email PIM settings.

I will bet that your Mailbox re-direction is disabled OR another possiblity is that, have you moved the location of your inbox on your desktop email client (exchange I presume?) I had a user that moved their mailbox into a couple levels of folders by dragging it by accident, the BES couldn't find the "mailbox" so it couldn't send the email to the device.

You can try wiping again with BBSAK and even trying a leak but I think your problem is on you BES not the device, don't you have an administrator to contact?

That cruise ship tower roaming might be it, I can test that for you if you get me a couple tickets on the same boat, should be able to fix your problem within a week as long as I have access to that same cell signal on a similer cruise.
