9700 losing connection to BES
We have a small office running BES 4.1. There are 5 devices attached to BES with no issues. I have one user with a 9700 (the only 9700 in the office) that seems to lose the ability to receive emails at or near midnight once in a while.
The only way I have been able to solve the problem is by deleting the user account in the manager, and recreating it (and having them register again).
The blackberry can still send email, and receive PIN messages. It is quite an annoyance to have to keep adding this user... there seems to be no logic as to when it happens or why.
Any suggestions would be helpful. Especially for the next time it happens.
(Apologies... I submitted this post to 9700 as well... then found this... this area seems more appropriate).
PS... all BlackBerries also run on the Telus Network. The 9700 is the only one that is on the 3G+ though (HSPA)
