 8310 on BES problem
I have a user with a 8310 lastest OS, and for the life of me I cannot get bi-directional reconcile to work. If he reads it on the device outlook will reflect it, but if he reads it from outlook, the device has no knowledge of it being read. Yes I know he could manage his device better, but some just don't want to be bothered with device so I am in the need of a solution/answer.
