1 user(s) failed to initialize - (an account that has been deleted)
So I've moved from a Blackberry to an iPhone - and since doing so, I deleted myself from the BES (and said yes to removing Exchange data). unfortunately since then, every 13 minutes we get an e-mail from the BES stating: Quote: |
<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent DSHABES Agent 2 (Application Event Log on DSHABES) | 03/08/2010 14:25:21 (6FFFC39F) -> 1 user(s) failed to initialize
| 6FFFC39F is the hash key for my old Blackberry account. What can I do to stop these error events from coming up? This has been happening for a couple of weeks now - we have tried restarting the BES, running the handheldcleanuptool and re-adding my account (it creates a new unique hash) but nothing is stopping these e-mails.
Can anyone help at all? Thanks in advance
