replacement for motorola h375 bt earphone

i thought getting a new bt earphone would be easy. however it is not. i bought a uniden from costco and its horrible in how it functions. maybe its me becuase ive been unable to adapt.

i thought the phone controlled how the earphone functions but apparently not. the h375 is so simple and make sense in its function.

how can i find an earphone that functions the same without having to buy in order to try them?
