Likely you've got a different type of commuter case, if it's more rugged, it's likely a different one. I recommend visiting the site and then, looking at all the photos just to be sure. Last I recall, there are three different cases that offer levels of protection depending on your needs.

Could be a new version of Commuter. I got mine a couple years back and it looks like the first image. Was it in OB retail packaging?

These do not seem to give as much protection when closed as the old ones. They may be easier to use??

I'd be leaning towards it being a fake. The rubber seems cheaper then Otterbox ones.
