hi guys,just got a 9900 a week ago..but i just realized that my phone doesn't go to sleep after putting it in the holster that came with it..is my blackberry faulty?or am i not having the settings set correctly?thanks a bunch!=)

Very easy to fix. Head down to your local store and demonstrate it to them. They can try a different case, or replace the phone for you.

If you are not near a store, call them and describe the problem. They'll replace it for you.
