iGrip Universal Holder

Has anyone used the iGrip Universal holder on a Torch 9850/60? I had the custom iGrip holder for my 9650 and loved it but it doesn't look like they make one for the 9850 yet. I am considering the universal holder but my concern is will the side holders on the mount cover up the charger port on the phone? I have to be able to charge the phone while it is in the holder.

FYI, I purchased the iGrip Universal holder and it does cover up the charging port on the 9850.
