Help - Memory Card Format Failed !

Hey guys. Well, that deal I got on the two 4gb microSDHC cards from buy.com last week didn't turn out so great. I received them today, and one worked and one failed.

To be perfectly honest, I might have pressed on the bad one the wrong way when trying to install it. However, there appears to be absolutely zero damage to it at all. I tried it in 2 different Blackberries and it doesn't work in either. But I know the phones are definitely not the problem, because the card that works is functioning just fine in both when I try it.

Any suggestions?? It's going to take a lifetime to exchange it if I have to, and unfortunately I have no other devices I can use to format or troubleshoot the card.
