Default Cases for 9700 - Seidio or Casemate???

Do either of these companies have hard cases yet? I am thinking of getting one this time. Hopefully, a Fuel Casemate for the 9700.

Yep. CaseMate is now shipping the Barely There hard shell and the Hard Case that covers the entire phone. I have the Barely There and ordered the hard case. Very good quality. Both come with screen protectors also. Check their site.

Seidio has a Innocase Snap that is similar to the CaseMate Barely There shell. It fits in the Innocase Holster.

I think if you want more coverage and protection, you should go with the Seidio Innocase II. If you want a case with more style and a little less coverage, then go for the Case-Mate. I have used cases by both companies and they have all been good quality. I just think you get more protection for your phone with the Seidio cases.

The Snap or Barely There would appear to be more manageable for the BB OEM Charging Pod. They can be removed more easily and re-installed.

I have the Case Mate Barely There and while it's a nice case(metallic silver) I don't like it too much. First off, it's very smooth which give the impression/feeling that it's going to slip right out of your hand. Secondly, the left side doesn't fit the device perfectly and you can press in where the bezel is. plus it doesn't provide much protection. But it looks good. I don't like the screen protector that came with it because it doesn't cover the beveled edge of the screen AND, the damn white sticker on the protector doesn't come off easy. I had to freaking use goo gone and nail polish remover to get the sticky stuff off. Total PITA.

My Invisible Shield should be here Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Thank God.

I thought it was just me being an ***** with that sticker. Goo Gone cleaned up the mess but I ended up tearing off the crappy screen guard after a few minutes
