Case for Tour non-camera?

Does anyone know of any cases that are made specifically for the non-camera version of the Tour? All the cases I see have the cut out for the camera which is undesired. Thanks in advance.

Doubt it's gonna happen, sorry. Accessories manufacturers make items for what they can sell, and that non-camera Tour just couldn't have sold enough units (yet) to justify them making a whole new product for it. They probably figure you guys can just deal with having a little cut out for the camera.

(I wouldn't be able to do it either by the way, it wouldn't make me happy to have it!)
