Agf case broke my blackberry!

After using the AGF case on my blackberry, i can't use the phone while it is slid up! the screen just goes black with the case either on or off, i don't know what to do :/

i don't know what's happened so its hard to explain, its just whenever the case was on every time i pushed the phone up the screen would go black, and now its off it still does the same, i don't know what to do

There have been many posts lately about the same problem. It may not be the case causing the problem. Users are having different problems when sliding up. Some get black screen some get no response from touch screen and some can't use the hard buttons. All these functions go through a single ribbon cable. My guess is something is wrong with the cable or connection. If your under warranty return it. If not then look up the disassembly instructions on youtube. Maybe just unplugging the connector and re-seating it would fix it. Please report back if you manage to fix. It would a lot of people.
