2x Faster Wall Charger Hoax ?

I just received the one I ordered.
Nowhere on the packaging does it say it charges any faster than a regular micro-usb wall charger. Alarm bells are already going off...

Were tests done to prove this "2x" faster stuff?

Why doesn't it suggest anywhere on the packaging that it charges any faster at all?

Should I return it?

look on the charger and see what its stats are. my regular blackberry charger, its a few years old now, says its output is 5V/700mA. this one is from a Storm 2 or something. the one that came with my Torch 9860 charges is ALOT faster than this charger does. im willing to bet the 2x charger is over an amp of output. common sense. it may not say 2x faster, but if its output is stronger than what i posted, then it is.
