    I got a 9720. I did backup for my data, including contact and when I wanted to restore, I have not bachup on my Blackberry, but there is on Blackberry Protect website.
    How can I restore my backup ? I do not have contacts anywhere else.

    How did you backup? Using BB Desktop Manager? Have you tried restoring your contacts from the Blackberry Protect app on your device? If the backup is on the website, it should be on your device as well. Sorry I can't come up with any better solutions for you.
