Question about putting theme on BB

I made a theme with Plazmic and it saved as a .thm file, how do I upload this to my BB with the App loader and use it

sorry if its a stupid questions, I am new to this custom theme thing

and I really need an answer, ASAP

To use app loader the theme needs to be in .alx and .cod format - for OTA both .cod(s) and a .jad file...

How to do this I don't know as I've never used plazmic, is there an export option somewhere in ther?? ;-)
