How do i highlight a non text field in dimensions today theme on my home screen?

Today themes will not highlight a blank line. There has to be text available for the highlight to display.

The alternate way to do it is to roll over to the profiles icon so that none of the text lines are highlighted at all.

Create a shape with your paint program of choice, import into composer and convert it into a button. Edit all states down to 2 key frames, and set the opacity to 0 on both frames. Position the new button where you want it. Make sure no actions are done during any states, and export as svg.

The reason you use a shape is so that you can make it any size you like.
