New Blackberry User..8830WE Verizon.

I have two profiles on Outlook 2003, 1 personal 1 work. So when I open outlook it gives me a choice "work" or "personal" How do I get my Blackberry to sync the calendar, addresses ect with both profiles? I have been able to set it up to do one or the other but not both.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
