Would Like to get Voice Notes Recorder on 8830

Just learning to add different programs onto phone. My wife has the voice note recorder application on her newer phone. I'm not savvy enough to understand how I get this software on to my older phone. Please advise if you can help. Thanks.

I used to have an 8830 and I could record voice notes. Look in your media apps. The capability should be there.
