You're profile says you've got a 8800 on T-Mobil? You don't need this update.

heh yeah, its only an update for verizon to "enable" the gps. In reality it just allows the 8830 to use vznavigator now. (and only the 8830). I called verizon yesterday to reduce my plan, and they said the update was delayed for later this month, perhaps early next month. And it was only for the 8830 not the 8703e.
