I got about 20 of these emails last night from [email protected]. What does it mean, and can I really not delete them? There is a file attached called ETP.DAT to every one and is around 300 bytes in size. Thanks in advance from a newbie for any help!

Those are BES activation messages. You probably tried to activate on BES and you don't have BES.
