Can anyone help me please? My Verizon wireless 8830 WE is freezing up from time to time especially more often during making phone calls. I've tried the battery pull and replacing the battery but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks in advance.

i have vzw also...in chicagoland area...NEVER had a freeze up...maybe you need to change your OS...or it might be the phone hardware
