I know that when I get a voice message that an icon appears. But, I noticed that I have a voice message in the call log, but when I call my voice mail it says I have no messages. I don't think I hit my call my voice mail button by accident.
Also, how do I set up my calls to vibrate or adjust the volume of calls. I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Delete the voice message from your call log. If the icon is still there, do a battery pull.

Press the F key for the call alert options menu.

The two buttons on the top left side will adjust the call volume.
