I get this email repeatedly. I just had to get a new phone due to problems with my other 8830. But I never had this with the other phone. HELP!!!

Log into your BIS and make sure that the pin number is correct on your device and resend your service books.

go to Options>advanced options>service books

now you will see multiple service books with the word Desktop in the name.
delete them.

issue resolved.

this might also be caused because you have redirector installed.

I had this same problem when I first got my BB and installed the Redirector on my desktop.
