What does the little phone symbol represent? Can I set my phone to unreachable , but still have my phone turned on? I know I can set it to unavailable that makes a red "x". However, my phone shows unreachable to other people and is set to avaiable. I have taken out the batter too! Help!!
There might be something wrong with your data plan or your connection with RIM servers or something wrong with your carrier. I had a cousin try out the data plan and after she had cancelled it, her status on BlackBerry Messenger was "unreachable" like you currently are encountering. That is one explanation, could be others. Is your service working? Call your carrier to see what's up.
