You should have a Setup Internet Email icon on the device somewhere. If you don't try going to the Sprint BIS website and set it up there. Also, this hinges on whether or not your BES IT Policy allows it.
Work e-mail is set up through BES. Should be okay with IT policy because on my old BB (T-Mobile) there was an icon for app to "set up internet e-mail" but I don't see anything like that on the Sprint screen...
