Mine did that for a while today as well. I did a battery pull and the problem was stil there. A while later the problem was gone and it seemed my Browser icon had changed and there were new features available from Verizon. Maybe that had something to do with it.
I've actually had this problem with 2 different 8830 WE phones. My first one got to the point that I couldn't click on anything, so I called Verizon and they replaced the whole phone. Now I've had the replacement for a couple of months, and it is beginning to have the same issue as well. I'm not sure what to do this time.
