    I am new to the BB, just converted from a treo. I cant figure out how to sync my outlook contacts with my BB. Is there additional software for this? I've looked through the manual and searched the web and cant find anything.

    I switched over from a Treo650. I used the Desktop Manager and it worked. Is the CPU recoginizing your Blackberry as being plugged in?

    yep, it recognizes it, but i can find anything about the contacts?

    I don't have Desktop Manager in front of me, but there is an option under Sync Options or something like that.
