    Hello all. I just registered her today.

    Got my first ever BB yesterday, (8830 obviously), and installed desktop manager today. The issue I have, and yes I have searched, is that I can not sync with my Outlook 2002. I get the following pop up:

    "Intellisync - Unknown Error Reported"

    Everything I have read states that I should be able to sync with Outlook. But no success as of yet.

    Anyone else seen this before? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    Anyone? I sync with a Mac otherwise I might have been able to help. Anyone?

    Not sure if this will be much help, but I set mine up a couple weeks ago...and no problems.

    I'm using the BB Desktop Redirector software and the Desktop Manager and so far seems to be working fine...one message doesn't seem to want to sync...but I still haven't figured out what that is. All contacts, appts, etc...are working fine.

    Instead of using the disc that came with it...I went to VZ site and downloaded the most recent software for the device and unit.
