- Hey guys have a few questions here. I'm rockin OS 4.5.51 for the 8830.
1) HTML email... I don't have it. Someone told me to reset my service books. Any idea on how to do this?
2) Network Mode: I have It on Global but I am always in the US pretty much. The options are GSM,1XEV,or Global. Which mode should I have it in?
3) I have a California Number (323) but now I live in NY. When I check my voicemail, the times are from 3 hours earlier (Pacific Time) Any idea on how to change my voicemail time to Eastern?
4)Is .51 the latest OS for 8830? If not, lemme know where to look to get the newest :-)
Thanks for the support my BB family!

2. I'd just leave the mode that you are in alone. I'm usually in the US and have it automatically set to switch depending on network availability.
3. Your time? Did you reset it in Options->Date/Time? If you do that, it'll pick it up on the EST time zone. That should fix your problem there.
4. 4.5.0.51 is not the newest OS. I've PMed you the newest.09-04-08 04:22 PMLike 0 - 1. Resending your service books would be done through your BIS account. You'd have to log into the account either from a PC or the BB. Then select on the left-side "Send Service Books". Your link to your BIS from either is PM'ed to you.
