While you are entering in a phone number press the menu key. You should have an option to insert a pause.

I had to use "wait" instead of "pause"...

You can add more than one pause if one isn't enough.

Yeah, for Verizon voice mail I use a double pause. Each pause is for 2 seconds.

On the Blackberry Storm, when you try to enter a pause in voice mail, you cannot do so because the menu that comes up has no pause symbol. Any work-arounds? Thanks!
