I just want to get this straight as I just updated the firmware which took 1/2 hour and then I lost my Enterprise Email so I can no longer receive work emails.
NOTHING that I care about - i.e. ringer is not hearable and people hang up on me and yell at me for HORRIBLE noise pick-up - has been fixed. It's been three months and it appears that Blackberry is incapable of making this phone work as, well, a PHONE!
So just to confirm before I sheepishly ask to have my Email reactivated. This is the latest right? I just screwed up my ability to get email for nothing - right?
