Hey!

I'm new on here and admit to already over abusing my blackberry. I love it. LOL...

I just got verizon and I am the proud owner of my second blackberry 8830 WE in a month, not happy...anyways I am trying to text and when i send and/or resend the text it says right under the contacts name in the text I tried to send:

-(SMS error 106, message id 54) Message too long for network.

It says that as well as a big red X where the check is suppose to be in the messages list.

I know the texts are not too long because I proceeded to send just hi or a period. no luck. And, it is not only with one contact, i tried several people. BUT w/ my blackberry messenger, ive been typing paragraphs and it goes smoothly.

HELP! I cant live without my messaging!!! and I dont want to go into verizon for the 5th time since I've gotten them and the phone.

I would call them sounds like a network issue that can be corrected over the phone, and welcome to CB.
