Do I need to order the SIM Card seperately or did they just forget to ship it with my phone?

How much is it if I need to buy one? Would I be able to use the one from my old phone?

Yes you'll need to purchase a Sim card, and a Global plan if you are planning on traveling outside of N. America. ( Canada and USA) Check with Verizon cust serv for the details.
