setting alarm or task for 2 specific days a week

i need answer to setting some alarm/alert for twice a week every week. I am forgetful and need the external prompting! any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can set an alert in your calendar for specific days and times to go off. There is also a free program called "MyAlarm", or I think that is what it is called that lets you set multiple alarms.
