I reinstall my blackberry OS due to an error while updating the software. I had both BES and Internet email set up on my blackberry with an icon for the internet email's mailbox. I no longer have that icon and i cannot send mail from my internet email account. I don't have an Email Setup icon, how do i set up that account again?

My friend was able to movehis entire BB Messenger contact list to a new blackberry without having to rerequest everyone. How do i do that?

you just go to change device option after you log into BIS site. after you input your new blackberry it will automatically switch to the new bberry

regarding your email issue make sure separate is chosen in the email general options
