Hello all, I am new here.

I LOVE my blackberry but the select dosnt work and its really gravely? when I am trying to use the trackball and hit select it wont work. sometimes it will if I hit it like 25622356 times.


is there any way to fix this? I would be doing the work by myself.


I would hate to cross over to the evil iphone side of the world..........

Sound like a defect on the device but have you try wiping the device?

I have taken the ball out 2 times now and cleaned it with rubbing alc.... I think thats what ruined it?

So it works before, I guess either you try taking the ball out and play with again or if your device is still under warranty, take it in and do a exchange for a new device.
