Just picked up an 8830 today and everything is set up and working fine, except I keep getting messages that say Media Card Inserted or Media Card Removed. Sometimes it just pops up while other times it happens when I press a button on the phone - like to dial a number. Any suggestions on how to stop it from appearing? I do not have one installed BTW.
hmm sounds a little buggy - could be the phone. Try pulling out the battery with the device powered on and putting it back in. Let it reboot and see if it goes away. If not take it back to a VZW store so they can swap it out.
