I've had my 8830 for about 7 months now. I've always had a BB. But this phone is really getting on my nerves. My screen is so sratched up, i can't stand to read my emails and messages anymore. I've never had this problem before on any of my other phones. I don't abuse my phone at all. I haven't even dropped it yet. I do carry in my pocket, but make sure that there's nothing else in the pocket, especially since i noticed how easily the screen scratches. I've tried to take my phone back to verizon, but they won't change/replace it. I have insurance on the phone too...
Anyone else have any screen problems with this phone. I've never had any problems previously on any of my other BBs.
