Hello, I am pretty new to the forums but I have a question. Whenever I go to certain websites my phone will say running script and the hour glass continuously flashes and ultimately my phone freezes. The only thing that will work is for me to pull the battery. I don't believe its a memory issue. This is my 2nd 8830 WE. I would like to see if there is a way to stop my phone from running a script like that. Thanks in advance

That I am presuming is after a reboot when the phone is operating ok. Are you closing programs when you are done using them like BB maps or whatever else you can install on these great phones. They need to be closed through the menu and not by hitting the red end/hang up button. Otherwise they sit in the background and run eating away at your precious memory.
