I have the 8830 WE and am trying to get new ringtones from this website. I had them sent to my blackberry but when I go to save the ringtone, it says "file-system error" and won't let me save the new ringtone into my ringtone folder. How can I fix this problem?

Just download them on your PC and transfer them to your memory card. If you don't have a memory card, take my advise and get one now... before you have to post that you're loosing all your messages because you ran out of internal memory on the device.
step 1 get micro sd card
step 2 put card in BB and format it for use with software
step 3 put music in mp3 format
step 4 copy music (in mp3 format) to SD card
step 5 search set ringtones
step 6 epic lootz ---- wait wait skip this step
